  • To avail of tax-deductibility incentives on donations, make your check payable to AYALA FOUNDATION USA.
  • Send your check to: Ayala Foundation USA, 255 Shoreline Drive, Suite 428, Redwood City, CA 94065, USA.
  • Send your donation along with a letter stating that your recipient is The Madre de Amor Foundation in the Philippines, and the duly-accomplished Ayala Foundation USA Donation Form.

         Material donations can be delivered to the Madre de Amor Hospice Center from 8 am to 5 pm, Mondays to Fridays. We accept old clothes, food, milk, medicines, medical equipments and supplies as well as other items which could be given to our beneficiaries.

  • You may buy our ginger tea, laundry soap and fabric conditioner
