| The Madre de Amor Hospice Foundation accepts individual or corporate grants and contributions to keep our hospice facility going and to pay the salaries of our professional staff. The table below suggests how you can support us. |

There are a number of ways you can donate cash depending on your current location:
If you are living in the US, you can forward your donation to Ayala Foundation-USA by filling up this form, and send it by fax or mail to the address stated in the form. If you are in the Philippines, you can deposit your donation to Madre de Amor Foundation's Bank accounts:

The foundation also accepts donations of equipments and medical supplies like oxygen tanks, hospital beds, medicines, dressings, etc. Please call our Los Baños office if you wish to donate. There are a lot of other ways you can help, especially if you live within Laguna Province. You can purchase items from our monthly rummage sale, participate in our fund-raising activities (Bingo Social, Theatrical Plays, Raffle Games, etc). |
